IIT Delhi Abu Dhabi Opens UG Admissions for 2025: IIT Delhi – Abu Dhabi (IITD-AD) has started the admission process for its three UG B.Tech programs. IITD Abu Dhabi offers UG degrees in Computer Science and Engineering, Energy Science and Engineering, and Chemical Engineering. The institute will consider JEE Advanced and CAET scores to select candidates for the 2025-26 academic session.
The CAET 2025 will be conducted in two sessions. The registration process for CAET Session 1 is ongoing and will continue until February 6, 2025. Further, the CAET Session 1 exam will be conducted on February 16.

To seek admission to IIT Delhi Abu Dhabi through CATE 2025 exam, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Indian candidates can seek admission to the B.Tech program at IIT Delhi Abu Dhabi in 2025 through their JEE Advanced 2025 scores. Candidates must qualify for JEE Advanced 2025 and secure a seat in the counselling process managed by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). IIT Delhi Abu Dhabi will reserve nearly one-third of the total UG seats for candidates applying through their JEE Advanced scores.

CAET 2025
UAE residents, Indian expatriates, and foreign nationals must qualify for the CAET exam to secure admission to IIT Abu Dhabi B.Tech programs. The CAET will be held in a pen-paper-based format. Candidates will get three hours to answer 60 MCQs from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics topics. The questions will be provided exclusively in English.
Candidates can appear in one, or both CAET test sessions and the higher score will be considered for creating the final scorecard. Nearly two-thirds of the total B.Tech seats at IIT Abu Dhabi will be filled through the CAET exam scores.
